As part of a social media assessment for Ander & Co, I was tasked with creating an Instagram content strategy for their client, Elle Residences Miami—a luxury real estate brand rooted in the iconic ELLE. The goal was to craft visually cohesive and editorially engaging content that merged high fashion, lifestyle, and real estate in a compelling, on-brand way.
The Challenge
The challenge was to develop six Instagram posts (including two Reels), a grid layout, and two Stories that not only aligned with ELLE’s signature tone—fashion-forward, elevated, and aspirational—but also reflected Miami’s vibrant luxury lifestyle. With limited assets and a tight brief, the focus was on creativity, storytelling, and brand alignment.
The approach
I curated a content strategy that blended Miami’s dynamic lifestyle with Elle’s global sophistication. Through a mix of posts, stories, and cultural spotlights:
Highlighted high-fashion events like Miami Fashion Week.
Tapped into local luxury (Michelin-star restaurants, the Design District).
Used poetic, editorial-style copy to elevate visual content.
Designed assets to be clean, premium, and Instagram-forward.
Each post was not just a listing—it was a lifestyle statement.
The Outcome
I believe the visuals and messaging captured the essence of Elle’s luxury lifestyle brand while staying aligned with a modern, design-forward audience. It also highlighted local events and neighborhood hotspots, positioning Elle Residences as more than just a property—it’s a lifestyle rooted in Miami’s cultural scene.
