
The Challenge
As a fast-growing startup, Puzzle needed to build a strong digital presence to attract both new clients and top Latin American tech talent. With a limited ad budget, the challenge was to grow organically, primarily through LinkedIn, while unifying the brand’s visual identity and revamping its website to communicate its value. My role was to lead that digital transformation, ensuring consistency and connection across every touchpoint.
The approach
I developed an organic content strategy for LinkedIn focused on educational and engaging posts. Alongside this, I led a complete visual overhaul—including Puzzle’s website redesign—and managed graphic design for marketing and sales. I also supported lead generation through targeted emails and limited paid campaigns.
The Outcome
Puzzle’s LinkedIn audience grew from under 1,000 to over 15,000 followers— almost entirely through organic content. The brand established a recognizable presence, and our digital platforms evolved into consistent sources of traffic and engagement.
