Farmacia Simán is the largest pharmacy franchise in Honduras, with a strong retail presence and a fast-growing digital community. As part of the in-house team, I played a key role in managing and growing the brand’s social media presence—helping drive engagement, loyalty, and visibility for a brand that serves a diverse and wide-ranging audience.
The Challenge
Managing social media for one of the country’s largest and oldest pharmacy franchises (nearly 70 years) required balancing reliable healthcare information with visually engaging, emotionally resonant content. With constant promotions, seasonal health topics, and a highly engaged follower base, the key challenge was keeping content relevant, consistent, and high-performing across platforms.
